Fowles Stone Dwellers Vementino 2022 cotes-de-beaune rounded out by black pepperWinemaking The grapes were crushed and fermented in stainless steel 15C, to help the delicate fruit flavours shine through. The wine was then kept on lees for four months post fermentation to provide additional complexity.
