The palate contrasts ripe

Aromas of rhubarb

I like the balance and the punch though this will need a few years of bottle age first

The average age of the wine when bottled is 30 -35 years old (with a minimum age of 25 years old)

a label the partners envisioned will become a celebrated wine brand

Astrolabe Wines Province Range Pinot Noir 2020 Size::1 Bottle The palate contrasts ripeBright deep garnet. Aroma savoury ripe dark and red cherry, brambly fruits with a hint of smoky oak. Palate full bodied wine with round, mouth filling flavours of plum, brambly fruit and dark cherry. The oak integrates nicely with the fruit, and combines well with the silky and linear tannin structure.
