Antonio Lopes Ribeiro Verde S/ DOC Tinto / Maresia Cacao Powder Cyathea Medullaris Leaf ExtractVinhao (90%), Borracal (also known as Caino Red) (5%) and Loureiro (5%) From 30 year old vines planted in 1 hectare of granite soils in Vinho Verde. The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September and selectively sorted in the vineyard, distilled and spent 5 hours in the skins. Spontaneous fermentation lasts two weeks with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks under temperature control. Varieties: Vinho, Borraal, Loureiro Tasting notes:
