Viticulture

The granite soils and the traditional vinification bring to the wine aromas of small red fruits and a subtle spiciness

Domaine Du Pré Semelé Sancerre Blanc 2024 central-victoria A ripper of a wineBrilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted pear, lime and green apple scents mix with fresh herb, wet stone and subtle grassy notes. Crunchy lime and green apple fruits overlay a fresh herb, wet stone and herbaceous grassy background. Crisp mineral laced acidity with a dry refreshing finish.
