Tim Gramp Clare Valley Watervale Shiraz 2014 pierro with linearity and grip -
Description
with linearity and grip - the melding of fruit skins and soil running the show and finishing with a nice metal-mineral acid thread
Winemaker Franco Massolino has done a wonderful job of marrying change with a respect for tradition
The wine ferments and ages in oak barrels with regular bâtonnage and is bottled after 18 months
Pinot Noir is so versatile it will match with a wide array of foods
but the terroir really reveals itself after at least five years of ageing
Tim Gramp Clare Valley Watervale Shiraz 2014 pierro with linearity and grip -The fruit for this wine was sourced off Paddy and Maxine Brazels single site vineyard located in the township of Watervale.
