An Ss – Sd Officer’s Sleeve Diamond Insignia Newly Listed 1859 Italy Campaign Medal -An SS SD Officers Sleeve Diamond Insignia constructed of flat silver wire on top of black wool diamond shaped base, and edged in silver twisted wire; with standard buckram backing; measures approximately 80mm x 51mm, in extremely fine condition. "SD" indicates Sicherheits Dienst (SS Security Services). (C38)
