Constructed of silver, consisting of a Latin Cross with red and white enameled arms, with a round central white enameled medallion bearing a red enameled Greek Cross, surrounded by a red enameled ring inscribed with Patriae ac Humanitati (Country and Humanity) in capital letters, with a green enameled laurel and oak wreath with red enameled berries superimposed on the
