Distinctive aromas that nudge the noble bitterness of amaro, from pickled orange zest, quince paste and camphor. Unashamedly brazen, mid weighted and flavorful, with a rail of phenolics serving as the structural guardian, over any obvious freshness. Almost a red of feel, suggesting an age worthiness.
